Rainer Fuhrmann - President of the Management Board
Rainer Fuhrmann
President of the Management Board since November 2005, member of the Management Board since January 2004.
His earlier career was associated with Deutsche Bank Group. In 2003, he was appointed to the Management Board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A.
Earlier, in 1995, he participated in the launch of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. as the Director of Corporate Banking Department. In the meantime he was additionally responsible for Trade Finance, Electronic Banking, the set up of a branch network and for the development of the Cash Management Division in Poland.
In 1989, he became Deputy Director of the Corporate Banking and Trade Finance Department at the Deutsche Banks Neuwied regional branch, and subsequently became Director of that Department in 1992. From 1984 to 1989, he worked as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking and as a Credit Analyst in Deutsche Banks branches of the region Mainz.
Rainer Fuhrmann holds a degree from the Department of Finance and Management at Frankfurt Academy of Banking.
Friedrich Graf zu Rantzau - Management Board Member
Friedrich Graf zu Rantzau
Member of the Management Board since June 2003.
He has been with DZ BANK Polska since November 2002. As Managing Director, he headed Credit Risk Department. Prior to this he was at the Deutsche Bank AG Group for many years, starting in 1983.
In 2000-2002, he was Director for Credit Risk at Deutsche Bank Polska S.A., in Warsaw. Prior to this, he worked for four years as Vice President for Credit Risk Management at the Asia and Pacific Department of Deutsche Bank Head Office in Frankfurt.
In 1988-1995, he held management positions at the Deutsche Bank branches in Hamburg and Munich, with responsibility for corporate banking, customer relations and electronic banking. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Rantzau worked as a credit analyst at the Deutsche Bank branch in Tokyo.
Friedrich Rantzau holds a degree in agricultural engineering from Munich University of Technology.
Magdalena Rokosz - Management Board Member
Magdalena Rokosz
Member of the Management Board since July 2009.
Prior to joining DZ Bank Polska Magdalena Rokosz worked for Deutsche Bank Polska as Head Relationship Management for the Corporate and Investment Banking in Poland. In that role she and her team managed client relationships and sales for practically any product area of Deutsche's markets and banking division in Poland.
Magdalena Rokosz started her banking career in 1992 with a traineeship with Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt and joined Deutsche Bank Polska as one of the "founding managers" in 1995.
Magdalena Rokosz is an economist. In 1993, she graduated in two fields, International Economic Relations and International Finance, from the Gdańsk University. She also completed her post-graduate studies at the University of Bristol and received an Executive MBA from Ecole National des Ponts et Chaussees.
