Multipurpose-multicurrency facilities.
The facility is granted in the form of a credit limit up to which you may use a combination of various loans (in various currencies) and other products carrying credit risks. By signing a single facility agreement you receive not only a global credit limit comprising sublimits for all the products under the agreement but also, e.g. FX limits. This is important mainly for the exporters/importers whose cashflows are in various currencies, as it reduces the cost of currency translations.
Sublimits under the facility may be freely structured and particular repayments or disbursements may be converted to other currencies.
