To enable provision of Concierge services, DZ BANK Polska S.A. set up a Concierge Info-line for its Clients. The Info-line will be operated by Europ Assistance Sp. z o.o.
Concierge services will be provided based on Clients' telephone orders placed with Europ Assistance via the Concierge Info-line.
All the Clients of DZ BANK Polska S.A. Private Banking will receive Assistance Cards. To access the Concierge Plan, a Client calling the Concierge Info-line will be required to give his card number.

Information on travel, tourism and weather (climate in a given country, temperatures in given localities, traffic weather conditions, obligatory vaccinations, visas, tourist attractions, addresses of travel agents, hotel reservations and car rental options)
Information on entertainment and cultural events (addresses and repertoires of cinemas, theaters, current exhibitions, clubs, concert locations and dates, ticket reservation options)
Address and telephone information (companies, public offices and institutions)
Sports information (dates and results of sporting events, addresses of recreational and sports facilities)
Traffic information (suggested connections and detours, location of fuel stations, addresses of car repair shops, waiting times at border crossings, public transport timetables)
Technical information (addresses and hours of repair shops for radio and TV equipment and household appliances)

Information on procedures in the event of a car accident

Arrangement and delivery of flowers to a specified address
