DZ BANK Polska S.A. has entered into a contract with Comarch for implementation of a new Internet banking system. Its commissioning is planned for the 4th quarter of this year.

Implementation includes both corporate banking and private banking modules. The project also incorporates a transaction banking system comprised of several functional modules, among them, in addition to the standard functionalities found in any solution of this class, trade financing or investment funds.

"Comarch Internet Banking system facilitates the customer service process beginning with registration of an Internet banking customer and ending with applications processing and setting up and management of advanced business products, for example, trade financing. It is also important, especially for corporate clients, that the system incorporates tools to generate flexible financial reports and supports numerous data formats, which in practice means the ability to exchange data with any financial or accounting software" says Tomasz Marszał, Manager of the Business Development Center at the Comarch Finance, Banking and Insurance Sector.

In addition to offering a number of new and attractive functionalities to DZ BANK Polska customers, the new system also ensures a high security standard, among other things, by using state-of-the-art order authorization technologies. Thus, it will improve the efficiency of Internet order processing and the comfort of using banking products, which in turn will allow the bank to achieve one of its major strategic objectives, i.e. top service levels for corporate clients and wealthy individuals.
