Mrs. Magdalena Rokosz - a new Board Member of DZ BANK Polska S.A.

On 19 June 2009, the Supervisory Board of DZ BANK Polska S.A. appointed Mrs. Magdalena Rokosz to serve as Member of the Bank Management Board for a three-year term of office. Mrs. Magdalena Rokosz will take up her new position on 1 July 2009. She will be supervising Treasury, Private Banking and Transaction Banking.

Mrs. Magdalena Rokosz is an economist. In 1993, she graduated in two fields, International Economic Relations and International Finance, from the Gdańsk University. She also completed post-graduate studies at the University of Bristol and received an Executive MBA from  Ecole National des Ponts et Chaussees.

Mrs. Magdalena Rokosz has been with Deutsche Bank practically since the outset of her career, working initially at Deutsche Bank AG of Frankfurt and after 1995, at Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. Between 1999 and 2006, she was Deputy Head of Corporate Banking and also Head of the Relationship Unit. Since 2006, she served as Head within Global Transaction Banking. In August 2008, she was appointed Head of Corporate Banking Coverage where she was responsible for developing a new Global Transaction Banking model in Poland.

Mrs. Magdalena Rokosz speaks fluent English and German. She will replace Mr. Andrzej Kopeć who has decided not to run for the next term of office.
