Union Investment TFI informs the Investors of these subfunds that they should make arrangements for the cash assets accumulated within the UniMaxZrównoważony and UniMaxAkcje by placing an order by 10 March 2010, 9.00 a.m. As stipulated in the prospectus, such orders must reach ProService Agent Transferowy, which processes orders within Union Investment, by the above specified time.
As regards the planned liquidation of the subfunds, Union Investment suggests the following optimised scenarios:

transfer of assets (exchange order) to a subfund characterised by a similar investment policy, i.e. UniKoronaZrównoważony or UniKoronaAkcje (within the UniFunduszeFIO umbrella fund),

transfer of assets (exchange order) to a subfund characterised by a different investment policy (13 subfund alternatives to choose from within the UniFunduszeFIO umbrella fund),

withdrawal of assets (redemption order).

Exchange orders as well as redemption orders are executed free of charge.
