It is a balanced fund which invests assets mainly on the real estate, construction, building and finishing materials markets. The Fund's investment activities are focused both on the area of Poland and on the territory of Central and Eastern Europe.
The Fund pursues an active allocation policy, i.e. adjusts the proportion of debt securities and equities in the investment portfolio depending on current assessment and market outlook (using growth trends in the sector).
